Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Pinoim and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your profile, plans, progress and notification addresses are permanently deleted, and any renewal is cancelled so you are not charged again.

Cannot get into the app?

Email the support address shown in the app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Pinoim account". We will confirm and delete it as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

What we may keep

Limited payment and accounting records that the law requires us to keep, and nothing else that identifies you.
