Pinoim Subscription & Account Terms

1. Subscription access
Pinoim features that require a subscription are available while your subscription is active. The monthly plan is ₹199 for 28 days of access (or US$2.49 if you pay in US dollars), counted from the moment your subscription is activated. The annual plan is ₹1,999 for one year of access (or US$24.99 if you pay in US dollars). When your access ends, the planner, tasks, goals and progress are locked while your account and data are kept, so they unlock again when you renew. Prices are subject to the pricing shown at checkout.

2. Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. If recurring billing is enabled for your selected plan, future charges are handled according to the provider’s mandate and renewal rules. Pinoim does not store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription using the available account/payment controls. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing rules; access may continue until the end of the paid period. Deleting an account does not create an automatic refund entitlement. Any refund, chargeback or statutory consumer right that applies under applicable law or the payment provider’s rules remains unaffected.

4. Account deletion
Account deletion is permanent for Pinoim account data. We may retain limited records where retention is required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, payment processing or dispute-resolution obligations. Deleted accounts cannot be restored through normal sign-in. Creating a new account after deletion is treated as a new subscription.

5. Security
Keep your email address, password and sign-in methods secure. Pinoim will never ask for your password, UPI PIN or card security code by email. Username recovery uses a one-time verification code sent to the verified email address on the account.

6. Changes
We may update these terms when necessary for the service, security, legal or payment requirements. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with your account.

7. Information we receive
Pinoim receives your name, username, email address, sign-in method, account creation date, and your subscription and payment details (plan, status, amount, payment and subscription IDs, dates, refunds and failed payments). Pinoim never receives your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or password. We use this information to run and support your account, handle billing and keep the service secure.
