Refunds & Cancellation

Plans

• Monthly: Rs 199 for 28 days of access (or US$2.49 if you pay in US dollars), counted from the moment your subscription is activated.
• Yearly: Rs 1,999 for one year of access (or US$24.99 if you pay in US dollars).

Cancelling

You can stop auto-renewal at any time in the app (Account, then Cancel auto-renewal). Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Pinoim subscriptions are non-refundable once a payment succeeds. Access starts immediately, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for not using the app. We will still refund or fix, without argument:

• a duplicate or incorrect charge;
• a technical problem on our side that stopped you from using Pinoim, if we cannot fix it promptly;
• anything the law requires us to refund.

To ask, email the support address shown in the app within 7 days of the charge with your username and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

When your subscription ends

Your account and saved information stay. Planner, tasks and progress lock until you renew, and everything unlocks again when you do.
