Pinoim is a planner for your goals, tasks and progress. This page explains what Pinoim ("we") collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Account: your name, username, email address, a profile emoji, how you sign in, and a securely scrambled (hashed) password. We never see or store your real password.
- Your plans: the tasks, goals, dates, times, priorities and completion you enter, and the progress numbers Pinoim calculates from them.
- Subscription and payments: your plan, its status and dates, and payment and subscription reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We never receive your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, a delivery address created by your browser or device, your time zone, and the notification choices you make.
- Support: the messages you send us, plus the details the app attaches to help us fix problems (your account details, browser and device type, and recent error messages from the app).
How we use it
To run your account, show your planner and progress, process your subscription, send the notifications and emails you asked for (for example password codes, receipts and reminders), answer support requests, keep Pinoim secure, and meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
Who helps us run Pinoim
- Razorpay processes payments.
- An email provider delivers the emails we send you.
- Google (Gemini) powers Mochi, the assistant. When you chat with Mochi or type a task for it to organise, that text is sent to Google to produce a reply.
- Push services run by Google, Apple, Microsoft or Mozilla deliver notifications to your device.
- Our hosting provider stores the data securely.
We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
You can delete your account any time in the app (Account, then Delete account). This permanently removes your profile, plans, progress and notification addresses and stops future billing. We keep only limited payment and accounting records where the law requires it. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing the support address shown in the app; see Delete account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw consent for notifications at any time (Account, Notifications). If you are in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you can contact us with any grievance at the support address shown in the app.
Security
Pinoim is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and only authorised people can see customer records. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and tell us straight away if something looks wrong.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you in the app or by email.
